What is Power of 10 PLUS One About?
This is a 10-week long program, running from Monday thru Friday. Every week, we select one healing modality (e.g., Bach Flowers, Ayurveda, Bush Flowers, Happy Homeopathy) and remotely deliver frequencies specific to that modality via a wellness device to all signed-up members.
Each weekday, we perform a scan for the group, which reveals the frequencies that the group needs the most that day (see sample report). We then run those frequencies for two hours – from 2130 to 2330 hours IST.
If you choose a personalised version of the package, you also receive frequencies for any intention you choose – for one hour/ week.
How does it work?
This is an energy-based alignment and enrichment program. You simply have to receive the frequencies once a day for 10 weeks. You can be sitting, sleeping, walking, or going about your everyday tasks. The frequencies will still reach you. Additionally, you can say/whisper/write the Decrees that will be sent to via WhatsApp and email. That’s all. Allow your system to respond at its own pace. The work happens gently, without effort or force.
Do I need to change my diet, exercise or lifestyle?
No changes are required for this program. However, many participants naturally feel drawn to lighter food, better hydration, or more rest as a result of the detox program. You are encouraged to listen to your body.
What kind of shifts might I experience?
Experiences vary, but commonly reported shifts include:

How long are the remote sessions?

Do I need prior experience in energy work?
No prior experience is required. Just show up, listen, and allow.
What if I miss a session?
You can never miss a session. You will still receive your remote healing. You can catch up with The Decrees shared on the group when you find the time.
How will I receive updates and support?
All important updates, reminders, and guidance will be shared via the WhatsApp group created for the program. They will also be emailed to you.
What intention should I bring to the program?
You don’t need any intention to experience the shifts from the modality-based frequencies.
However, if you’ve chosen the Personalised Power of Plus 10 Plus One! package, you can set any intention of choice. You can set an intention around any issue you may be facing such as
