💫Urvashi shared this: During today’s session Ma’am took us through the AOM symbol Healing Meditation and I had set an intention for my severe spasm & associated pain at my lower back region. Just within 5-7 min of guided meditation, I realised that my lower back pain reduced to a great extent. For a couple of days I was unable to sit without taking back support or lean back without a cushion, I don’t use any heating or pain killer for any pain and just let it heal by itself. But it was so unbearable that I couldn’t even stand straight. Today, after the meditation I could immediately lean back a little and saw an instant shift in my mobility to lean back even while walking. I am so grateful to Viji Ma’am and the AOM healing symbol given by her. I would suggest everyone who’s in any kind of pain, please use this symbol and meditation as guided by Ma’am. If 5 mins of meditation can do such a wonder, imagine if we do it everyday for at least 5-7mins… What wonders it can do to heal your pain, you’ll be only grateful.
