This is an energy-based detox and enrichment program. You simply have to receive the frequencies three times. You can be sitting, sleeping, walking, or going about your everyday tasks. The frequencies will still reach you. Additionally, you can say/whisper/write the Decrees that will be sent to via WhatsApp and email. That’s all. Allow your system to respond at its own pace.
